The Sea Caves

Accessible via a charming wooden boardwalk at the northern end of our resort’s private crescent of beach, our sea caves were formed through years of action by the ocean’s powerful tides. Of late, they’ve played host to “action” of a different and more adult sort — particularly among our staff. Be advised. They’re closed after dark. Unless you’re our general manager and security director, who can’t seem to keep their hands off each other.

The Dolphin Ballroom

Looking to host a spectacular graduation party for all your friends where you first lay eyes on the love of your life? How about a lavish celebrity wedding that turns into the blackmail scandal of the decade? The Dolphin Ballroom, with its Dale Chihuly-inspired chandeliers and sweeping Pacific Ocean views, is the perfect venue for all of your high glamour and high drama events.

The Pool Deck

No resort is complete without a spacious spot for people watching. Especially when the people being watched include an ambitious fashion designer whose poolside launch event just might burn the place to the ground. Or a handsome former jock looking to redeem himself with the man he bullied in high school only to take a drunken swan dive into the pool instead.

Camilla’s

With its sweeping views of the Pacific, Camilla’s Restaurant has played host to some of Southern California’s top celebrities, political luminaries and one extremely wealthy widow who tried to destroy the hotel after our former security staff blackmailed her husband during the last years of his life. But let’s not dwell on that. Our dessert menu features delicious creations from our handsome and secretive pastry chef who refuses to discuss how he supported himself during his early twenties.

The Sapphire Lounge

Set amidst the excitement of our marble floored lobby and our award-winning restaurant, the Sapphire Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a premium cocktail as you work up the nerve to tell your best friend her fiancé tried to get in your pants. Be advised. Some patrons have spotted men walking across the lobby who look just like the guy who broke their heart fifteen years before. Before hitting on those men, however, please make sure they haven’t just taken a job working for your best friend.

Motor Court

Where your dazzling beach vacation begins…or where you sneak off for a romantic evening away from the hotel with a handsome former Marine in his bright red pick-up truck.

Lobby

Marble floored and presided over by a gorgeous three-tiered crystal chandelier, the lobby is the perfect place to meet friends and family, or to throw yourself into the arms of the man you thought you’d lost forever.

Reception Desk

Enjoy a complimentary libation while you wait to check in. Savor the view of our coastline via the live feed from our private beach cam to the large flat screen behind the front desk.

Elevators

Going up to your luxurious room overlooking the blue Pacific.

Seahorse Ballroom

Planning a wedding that isn’t going to include a dozen major celebrities and every living former governor of California? Then perhaps you need a space that’s a bit smaller than our Dolphin Ballroom across the hall.

Seal Cove I Room

For your most intimate business meeting needs, regardless of whether or nor they involve threats of blackmail or personal ruin.

Staircase to Beach

Offering gorgeous views of the rocky coastline and our private beach, our wooden staircase offers exclusive access to all our waterfront activities.

Boardwalk

The only access to our ultra-private natural wonder, the Sea Caves. Please note. The Sea Caves are closed after dark…unless you’re a hotel employee in search of a furtive, romantic moment.

Spa & Fitness Center

Our state-of-the-art spa and fitness center will leave you relaxed, refreshed, or pumped…whatever you need. Working out for health or pleasure? Just to be seen? Or to see someone else? We don’t ask questions.

Conference Rooms

Reserve one of our conference rooms for your meeting…or rendezvous.

Management Offices

Access is limited to Sapphire Cove staff and resort-official business. Please visit us at the Front Desk for all your needs.

Assistant General Manager’s Office and Reception Office

Should we be able to do anything to make your stay more pleasurable and alluring, please ask for Connor Harcourt, General Manager, at the Front Desk.

Special Events Office

Planning a blow-out affair? An intimate dinner for two…or perhaps three? Our Special Events Office makes your vision a reality. However, we respectfully request that you not ask our special events manager Jonas Jacobs any questions about how he spent the years immediately following college. He seems especially touchy on the subject.

Draco Palms

Our stunning and mysterious Draco Palms have seen many things…

Private Villas

The ultimate in luxury and discretion, our private villas are sequestered in the hillside. Each features luxurious amenities, including a plunge pool with just enough of a view to satisfy your curiosity. We realize many of you wish to visit the birthplace of the scandal that almost brought down Sapphire Cove for curiosity’s sake. Unfortunately, we are only able to make our villas available to paying guests and their loved ones at this time.

Where Naser Kazemi and Mason Worther first laid eyes on each other again after fifteen years.

Where Logan Murdoch first laid eyes on Connor Harcourt and felt his entire world come to a stop.

In one of these private villas, a secret was discovered that gave rise to a vast criminal conspiracy that almost brought down Sapphire Cove.
