Accessible via a charming wooden boardwalk at the northern end of our resort’s private crescent of beach, our sea caves were formed through years of action by the ocean’s powerful tides. Of late, they’ve played host to “action” of a different and more adult sort — particularly among our staff. Be advised. They’re closed after dark. Unless you’re our general manager and security director, who can’t seem to keep their hands off each other.

But let’s not dwell on that. Our dessert menu features delicious creations from our handsome and secretive pastry chef who refuses to discuss how he supported himself during his early twenties.
